Full‑time Cosmetician – Beauty Sales & Service

About the role

Join a locally owned store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services to the community. As a full‑time Cosmetician you will be the face of the cosmetics department, helping customers discover products and services while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales of beauty products and promote promotional programmes.
• Encourage customers to enrol in the PC Optimum loyalty program.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain a positive environment for shoppers and teammates.
• Use eClienteling tools to book appointments and promote in‑store events.
• Exhibit and demonstrate cosmetics, attend vendor training and workshops.
• Adhere to cosmetics operating standards, health and safety, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Perform additional duties as required to support store operations.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinker with proven consultative selling skills in cosmetics.
• Experience delivering makeup and skincare consultations.
• Good knowledge of a wide range of beauty products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
