Fullstack Developer with Angular, Node and React

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to create customer‑facing UI screens using Angular and React and to implement middleware business logic with Node.js. The role is contract‑based, based in Toronto and will involve four days onsite per week, working in an agile delivery team for an enterprise banking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, reusable UI components in Angular and React.
• Integrate front‑end applications with back‑end services using secure API patterns.
• Write unit tests and support continuous‑integration quality gates.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring performance, security and documentation.
• Build Node.js middleware to connect UI and backend systems, handling business logic and request/response transformations.
• Support session‑state handling and integration workflows as required.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, estimations and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability and observability.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience developing with Angular, Node.js and React.
• Proven ability to build and maintain middleware and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of REST principles, integration patterns and basic API security.
• Experience delivering production‑grade software in agile teams.
