Full-Time Waitstaff – Guest Service & Food Delivery

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic full‑time waitstaff to join our hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Assist guests with menu questions, recommend pairings, and accommodate dietary preferences.
• Communicate clearly with back‑of‑house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests.
• Address guest complaints or issues and relay information to supervisors.
• Set up and clear the dining area before and after service, keeping the space clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food services or restaurant environments.
• Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand or walk for most of the shift.
