About the role

Join Grafton Apparel’s Edmonton store as a Full‑Time Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work with a friendly team to deliver memorable customer experiences and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present wardrobe solutions and product recommendations to each customer.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise presentation, and housekeeping duties.
• Process operational tasks such as receiving stock, handling transfers, and completing administrative work.
• Gather customer feedback and share improvement ideas with the Store Manager.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to support sales goals.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for store efficiency.

Required profile

• Passion for helping customers find wardrobe solutions.
• Enthusiastic about a fast‑paced retail environment and staying busy.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve personal sales targets.
• At least 17 years of age.
• Previous experience as a Sales Associate in retail (preferred 1 + year).
