Full-time Pharmacist – Oakville

About the role

CareRx is seeking a full‑time Staff Pharmacist to join its Oakville team. Reporting to the Designated Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure that all prescriptions are dispensed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner while providing high‑quality pharmaceutical patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to verify and dispense medication orders accurately and safely.
• Assess and dispense critical and palliative‑care medications, responding rapidly to urgent prescriptions.
• Arrange drug deliveries with the delivery team and coordinate with resident care teams.
• Conduct medication regimen reviews and document recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy laws and corporate policies.
• Provide exceptional customer care to patients, home partners, and care facility staff.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist able to work under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Commitment to delivering therapeutic appropriateness and patient safety.
