Full-time Personal Trainer

About the role

As a Personal Trainer at Fitness World in Coquitlam, you will design and deliver high‑quality personal training and nutrition programs, making fitness enjoyable while helping clients achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create individualized training plans for clients.
• Develop personalized nutrition programs.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions.
• Prospect and engage new clients.
• Manage client records using Fitness World’s online client management software.
• Participate in WORX small‑group training programs.
• Attend club visits and internal education sessions.
• Maintain safety and first‑aid standards.

Required profile

• Active personal trainer with current certification.
• Valid first‑aid certification.
• Availability to work a minimum of four days per week.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self‑starter and team player.
• Professional, punctual and organized.
