About the role
We are looking for a dedicated nanny to provide full‑time childcare and household support for a family in Markham. The role includes caring for infants and children, maintaining a safe home environment, and assisting with daily household tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Change diapers, sterilize bottles, prepare formula and feed infants and children.
- Supervise children, organize games, outings and educational activities.
- Maintain records of daily activities, health information and follow parents’ discipline methods.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and press linens.
- Shop for food and household supplies, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with grocery planning.
- Travel with the family on trips, providing child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Transport children to school, appointments and extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
- Flexible availability for morning, evening, night or day shifts.
- Experience in childcare is an asset.
- Ability to assume full responsibility for the household in parents’ absence.
