Full-time Live-in Nanny – York, ON

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable nanny to join a family in York, Ontario. The role involves full‑time, on‑site childcare and light household support, with the option of live‑in accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow parents' guidance on toilet training and daily routines.
• Provide bathing, dressing, feeding, and general care for infants and children.
• Organise games, outings and educational activities to support social development.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and supervise mealtimes.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy home environment, including light housekeeping.
• Transport children to school, appointments and extracurricular activities.
• Support children’s emotional well‑being and discipline according to parents’ methods.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused attitude.
• Highly organized, reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Patience, honesty, good judgement and initiative when caring for children.
• At least 1 month but less than 7 months of relevant childcare experience.

What we offer

• Optional live‑in accommodation at no charge (not a condition of employment).
• Hourly wage of CAD 20.85 per hour.
