The Summit Grill at Best Western Plus Valemount Inn & Suites is seeking a Cook who is passionate about food and enjoys working as part of a collaborative kitchen team. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to develop your culinary skills, you will help deliver quality meals for guests in a beautiful mountain community.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Support inventory organization, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen and restaurant team members and contribute ideas for efficiency and menu improvement.
