About the role
The Front Store Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a locally owned Pharmaprix store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient cash handling, and well‑maintained merchandising. You will support a team of cashiers and merchandisers while upholding loss‑prevention standards and health‑safety policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer service functions, including cash handling, cashier supervision, and merchandising.
- Train and guide cashiers and merchandisers, ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Implement loss‑prevention standards, oversee cash office inventory, and follow PC Optimum procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues (refunds, exchanges), and promote the CSI Survey.
- Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper product rotation and set up/display product promotions as directed.
- Ensure store image, housekeeping, health‑and‑safety compliance, and perform clerical or banking duties as needed.
Required profile
- Strong planning, judgement, and decision‑making abilities.
- Independent thinker with effective problem‑solving skills.
- Organised with efficient time‑management.
- Knowledge of pharmacy products and supplies.
- Computer‑literate.
