About the role
We are seeking a dedicated foreman or forewoman to lead our brick and stone masonry team in West Vancouver. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to oversee projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities.
- Train team members or arrange for training.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience supervising masonry work.
- Ability to work morning/day shifts.
Required skills
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
