About the role
The Food Store Manager will oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and profitability in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations, including planning, organizing and evaluating store activities.
- Manage staff, assign duties, recruit, hire and supervise employees.
- Determine merchandise and services, locate, select and procure items for resale.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in store or retail management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
