About the role
The Food Services Manager will oversee daily food service operations at our High River location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and leading a team of staff members.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily food service activities.
- Train staff and lead a team of 5‑10 employees.
- Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented with strong client focus.
- Dependable, flexible, and organized.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
