About the role
TRISH JUICE is seeking a proactive Food Services Manager to lead daily food service operations in its Vancouver location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high quality standards, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and organize daily food service operations.
- Set staff work schedules, supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for 1‑2 team members.
- Manage inventory, cost products and services, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Negotiate catering arrangements with clients and support marketing initiatives.
- Address customer complaints, provide service support, and manage special events.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent 1‑2 year certificate/diploma.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in food services or hospitality.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Availability for early morning, evening, flexible, morning, and weekend shifts.
