Food Service Worker – Shake Shack (PIT)

About the role

Join the Shake Shack team at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport as a Food Service Worker (Line Cook). You will prepare tasty dishes, keep the kitchen organized, and ensure every guest receives a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
• Maintain daily kitchen and station set‑up, including requisitioning and stocking of food, paper products, and condiments.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly, and manage stock, cutting, and storage of perishables.
• Set up, clean, maintain, and break down kitchen machinery and equipment.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists and uphold health‑standard cleaning tasks.
• Take responsibility for product quality and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with one year of food‑service experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Food handler permit and any required brand certifications.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
