Food & Beverage Server – On‑site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Server to join our on‑site team. The successful candidate will interact directly with guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while adhering to health, safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patrons, present menus, describe daily specials and recommend food, beverage and wine selections.
• Take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with legal age requirements.
• Maintain clean and orderly tables, trays and chairs; assist guests with special needs.
• Balance cash registers, complete cash reports and related paperwork.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

Required profile

• Bilingual (English/French) with secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Legal age to serve alcohol and ability to work standing for extended periods.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Electronic cash register operation.
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
