Financial Controller & Business Partner

About the role

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking an AVS Financial Controller & Business Partner to join a large, multi‑site finance team. The role will support the General Manager by delivering accurate financial information, strengthening internal controls, and driving performance analysis in a dynamic multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead month‑end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and improve internal control frameworks and compliance processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple sites to ensure seamless financial integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and month‑end close within a multi‑entity organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and drive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a large, multi‑site team and support smooth transitions.
