Finance & Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Tetrix, a fast‑growing fintech startup that transforms private‑market data into real‑time insights. As a Finance & Operations Analyst you will ensure the accuracy of fund financial data, support client onboarding, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile fund financial data extracted by the Tetrix platform.
• Develop and refine internal processes for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Build deep expertise in client data and act as a strategic partner throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance data workflows and resolve client issues.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in accounting, fund administration, or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with financial statements and data.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with institutional investors and private‑investment markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
