About the role
Use your critical thinking skills in a fast‑growing company where you can have an impact. BCI is seeking finance co‑op students and interns for Winter, Summer and Fall 2027 to support the Finance Department.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly financial results and analysis to senior leadership and budget owners.
- Review and reconcile daily net asset valuations across multiple asset classes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
- Support tax compliance projects and deal‑advisory activities.
Required profile
- Highly motivated team player enrolled in a finance, accounting or related program.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Interest in sustainable growth, innovation and global finance.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Workday.
- SharePoint.
- Workiva.
- SimCorp.
