Field Service Technician – Automatic Lubrication Systems

About the role

Join Groeneveld-BEKA Canada Inc., a Timken subsidiary, as a Field Service Technician supporting customers across Alberta and beyond. You will install and service automatic lubrication systems on trucks, trailers, and off‑road construction equipment, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product installations and service work at customer sites, including climbing, kneeling, and lifting as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Provide on‑site training to customers during installations.
• Complete paperwork such as work orders and installation feedback accurately and promptly.
• Travel overnight for up to two weeks at a time, primarily within regional areas.

Required profile

• Proven mechanical knowledge with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform electrical diagnostics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
