Field Manager – Retail Programs

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Field Manager to lead the execution of retail programs across an assigned region. Reporting to the Senior Field Manager, you will coach Team Leads, ensure operational consistency, and drive performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leads (TLs) in managing Sales Experts, conduct regular check‑ins, and reinforce accountability to build a high‑performance culture.
• Support regional sales targets by monitoring performance metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide in‑field coaching through ride‑alongs and visits, and oversee onboarding and training of TLs and Sales Experts.
• Ensure field teams follow call plans, visit schedules, and operational standards; manage scheduling, route planning, and territory coverage.
• Resolve field‑level issues, handle retailer concerns, and escalate complex matters to senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate reporting of field activity, performance data, and program updates for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in retail, field operations, or team leadership.
• Proven experience leading or supporting field‑based teams.
• Strong understanding of sales execution and KPI‑driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑based setting.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within the region.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
