About the role

Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers in the fashion department. You will be part of a collaborative team that maintains product presentation, ensures safety, and supports seasonal merchandising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and provide assistance with product selection, promotions, and purchase decisions.
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise, keeping the sales floor tidy and organized.
• Maintain modular fixtures, signage, and seasonal displays according to planograms.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard‑free environment by following company policies and completing safety sweep logs.
• Replenish inventory and merchandise seasonal items promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail for merchandising standards and safety procedures.
