Interim Store Manager – Hwy 12

About the role

The Interim Store Manager will lead the Hwy 12 location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all channels while driving operational excellence and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to ensure delivery of service model standards and an exceptional omni‑channel experience, including in‑store eCommerce sales and order fulfillment.
• Enforce visual compliance, store maintenance, pricing standards, weekly price changes, promotional set‑ups and POP, achieving 100% system pricing.
• Drive annual shrink targets through team education, loss‑prevention policies, inventory control and audit compliance.
• Oversee preparation for annual inventories and ensure compliance with corporate loss‑prevention, cash, audit and OH&S policies.
• Create and monitor efficient weekly scheduling for sales and support functions.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, performance appraisals and development plans for management and team members.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, succession planning and maintain a complete, motivated team.
• Act as brand ambassador, promote a positive, inclusive work environment and apply progressive discipline consistently.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of retail experience with proven ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of building and managing daily and weekly plans.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
