About the role

As a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL’s flagship boutique in Yorkville, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to every client. You will combine deep product knowledge with a genuine passion for fashion to build lasting relationships and uphold the House’s legacy of elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke, client‑focused service that aligns with CHANEL’s Client Service Values, ensuring each guest feels understood and valued.
• Maintain expert product knowledge, offering styling advice and driving sales while meeting or exceeding personal and boutique targets.
• Support daily boutique operations, including back‑of‑house tasks, alterations, and visual merchandising standards.
• Capture accurate client data, follow up promptly, and ensure a seamless after‑sales experience.
• Uphold CHANEL’s prestige through impeccable personal presentation and refined etiquette at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer service, with a track record of strong sales performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build personalized client relationships and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and the CHANEL brand heritage.
