About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to join our clinic located in Lakeview Heights, West Kelowna. As part of a primary care network, you will manage a well‑balanced panel of patients, focusing on root‑cause health solutions and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel.
• Identify and address underlying health issues rather than just symptoms.
• Encourage and support patients in adopting healthier lifestyles.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice family medicine in Canada.
• Experience or strong interest in primary care and preventive medicine.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, with flexibility for alternative hours.
• Commitment to joining the team as soon as possible.
