About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner to join our clinic located in Lakeview Heights, West Kelowna. As part of a primary‑care network, you will provide comprehensive care to a well‑managed patient panel, focusing on root‑cause treatment and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary‑care services to patients across all ages.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Emphasize preventive care and lifestyle counseling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in the clinic’s fee‑for‑service billing model.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid licence to practice family medicine in British Columbia.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and community health.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑4 PM, with flexibility for alternative schedules.
• Readiness to start as soon as possible.
