Family Practitioner / General Practitioner

About the role

Join a brand‑new clinic with an attached pharmacy in Aldergrove, working alongside a dynamic team of 12 young physicians. You will provide comprehensive family and general practice care, covering outpatient services and part‑time inpatient responsibilities, while enjoying a flexible schedule that includes walk‑in clinic hours and virtual care options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑scope primary care to patients, both in‑person and virtually.
• Manage outpatient appointments and part‑time inpatient duties.
• Participate in the After Hours Coverage Program.
• Utilise clinic EMR systems (Oscar, Juno) and virtual care platform (Cortico).
• Collaborate with medical office assistants and maintain efficient practice operations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Comfortable with a flexible, self‑directed schedule.
• Willingness to contribute to a growing, cost‑effective practice.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Experience using Cortico for virtual consultations.

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $300K to $400K CAD, based on experience.
• 80/20 billing split with 20% physician overhead.
