About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join our busy Lougheed Mall clinic in Burnaby. The position is permanent, full‑time and offers a blend of in‑clinic and virtual patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to an established patient base.
- Conduct walk‑in consultations and manage scheduled family practice appointments.
- Utilise virtual visit platforms to deliver remote care when appropriate.
- Document patient encounters accurately in the clinic’s EMR system.
- Collaborate with experienced medical office assistants and pharmacy staff.
Required profile
- Licensure as a Family Physician in British Columbia (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Ability to bill the Medical Services Plan (MSP).
- Strong commitment to patient‑centred care.
- For specialist applicants, a valid specialist certification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
