Family Practitioner (General Practitioner) – Burnaby

About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join our physician‑owned clinic in Burnaby. You will become part of a ten‑physician group that delivers comprehensive primary care within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality family medicine services to a diverse patient population, including adults, seniors and children.
• Collaborate daily with specialists in geriatrics, pediatrics, clinical pharmacy and clinical counselling.
• Participate in cross‑coverage and on‑call duties to ensure continuous clinic operation.
• Mentor and support new physicians relocating to British Columbia, helping them navigate the local health‑care system.
• Conduct virtual consultations and manage administrative tasks from a dedicated private workspace.

Required profile

• Medical degree and current licence to practice family medicine in British Columbia.
• Experience in family practice, with comfort treating patients across the lifespan.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to contribute to a collaborative clinic culture.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring junior physicians.
