About the role

Stem Health is seeking a forward‑thinking Family Physician to join its part‑time, low‑volume clinical team in Toronto. You will deliver personalized preventive care to a select panel of clients, focusing on long‑term health outcomes in a calm, beautifully designed setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments emphasizing prevention and longevity.
• Develop individualized health plans using advanced diagnostics, lab results, and lifestyle data.
• Provide ongoing care to a small client panel with extended visit times and proactive follow‑up.
• Collaborate with NPs, RNs, dietitians, physiotherapists, and mental‑health professionals.
• Participate in team case reviews, clinical innovation, and program development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Stay current with research in preventive, primary, and longevity medicine.

Required profile

• MD with a full, active license to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the CPSO.
• CFPC or RCPSC designation in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in private or executive health care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship‑first mindset.
• Interest in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and emerging longevity science.
• Comfort working in a tech‑enabled, data‑informed environment.

Required skills

• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
