Key responsibilities

• Assist and interact with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Present information about CTG programs and services to promote engagement.
• Schedule home and community visits and coordinate communication between clients and providers.
• Assess customer requests promptly and route them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, schedules, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the leadership team for guidance and professional growth.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong commitment to client confidentiality and privacy.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
• Diploma in Communication, Business Administration, Office Administration, Medical Office Administration, or a Grade 12 diploma with relevant experience.
