Family Medicine Physician – Full Time

About the role

WELL Health Clinic Networks is seeking compassionate, skilled family medicine physicians to join its Woodbridge clinic in Vaughan, Ontario. The role offers a supportive, modern practice environment with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a growing patient base.
• Utilise on‑site venipuncture and pulmonary testing services as needed.
• Collaborate with a gynecologist, nuclear medicine/internal medicine specialist, and walk‑in clinic staff.
• Support the clinic’s walk‑in service, generating new patient referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the clinic’s digital EMR system.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible family medicine physician licensed to practice in Ontario.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centred care and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours within a fee‑for‑service model.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms.
• Experience using practice management and billing/RCM software.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health tools.
