Faculty Position – Management (ESG & Sustainability)

About the role

The university is seeking an experienced academic to teach and develop the Management course focused on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), business sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and stakeholder capitalism. The role involves delivering lectures, leading workshops, and guiding students in creating operational and reporting plans.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and deliver course curriculum covering ESG, CSR and sustainability frameworks.
• Facilitate hands‑on workshops where students prepare organizational operational and reporting strategies.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with research literature, industry best practices and policy developments in ESG and sustainability.
• Collaborate with faculty and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD preferred.
• Professional experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, or related business disciplines.
• Recent involvement with boards, professional associations or policy‑making bodies (within the last five years).
• Prior university teaching experience is an asset.
