Faculty Position – Human Resource Management Course

About the role

The university is seeking an experienced academic to teach a Human Resource Management course that explores the strategic role of HR within corporations. The successful candidate will deliver lectures, guide discussions, and assess student performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver course content covering HR planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and compensation.

Required profile

• Master's degree in a field relevant to Human Resource Management or a related business discipline.
• Professional experience such as board membership, participation in policy‑making bodies, or significant involvement in professional HR associations within the past five years.
• Consideration given to candidates with an undergraduate degree plus a relevant professional designation.
• Prior university teaching experience is an asset.
