Factory Helper – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Factory Helper to join our wood products manufacturing team. You will work on‑site in a fast‑paced, noisy and dusty environment, supporting daily production activities and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, pack, crate and package materials and finished products.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel‑toed boots and using personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) or equivalent.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with good hand‑eye coordination.
• Punctual, dependable and a strong team player.
