About the role
We are seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our facilities and associated real estate in Peterborough. The role involves evaluating facility performance, supporting clients after sales, and ensuring equipment and systems run smoothly. The position requires a college or CEGEP level education and up to two years of experience in facilities management.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate.
- Identify customers' needs.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Resolve product and service related problems.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
