Facilities Senior Associate (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is looking for a Facilities Senior Associate in Montreal, reporting to the National Facilities Manager. The role is the single point of contact for all facility requests and work orders at the Montreal office, triaging issues and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep the workplace compliant, efficient and engaging. It is a newly created position and requires fluency in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for facility requests and work orders at the Montreal office
• Plan, oversee and participate in small repair and maintenance projects, and assist with larger ones
• Respond to tickets on Eptura, Premier Office and Service NOW
• Manage the security pass card system for the local office and others across Canada
• Run daily site inspections to ensure spaces meet ready-to-use standards
• Oversee the preventative maintenance program for PwC-owned equipment
• Evaluate vendor performance against service levels and build strong relationships with property managers, vendors and internal teams
• Provide backup support for meeting room and event logistics, and act as backup for team members
• Contribute to health and safety committees, keep up with training and stay flexible with working hours

Required profile

• Experience in a facilities role with knowledge of building services, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems and building codes
• Fluency in English and French
• On-site presence required

• Good organization, time management and attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus and excellent verbal and written communication

The salary range is $52,600 - $87,700, based on skills, experience and location; eligible employees may also join variable incentive pay programs.
