Fabrication Production Assembler – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Fabrication Production Assembler to join our night shift team (4 pm – 12:30 am, Monday‑Friday). The role supports daily manufacturing operations by performing basic fabrication, assembly and finishing tasks while ensuring quality, safety and a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as press brakes, pallet jacks and strapping units.
• Measure, cut, shape and prepare materials according to drawings or work orders.
• Perform general assembly, sanding, deburring and surface preparation for painting or powder coating.
• Assist with powder‑coating processes, including hanging, applying powder and inspecting finished parts.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete work orders on time.
• Follow safety procedures, conduct routine equipment checks and report any concerns.
• Support 5S housekeeping and keep the work area organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, painting or powder coating is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Basic math skills for measuring and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
