Executive Talent Acquisition (Senior Recruiter II)

About the role

TD is seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition professional to act as a Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio. You will lead the design and delivery of talent acquisition and diversity strategies, serving as a subject‑matter expert in your area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and specialized acquisition programs.
• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies using market data to build a diverse pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Advise business leaders on talent market gaps, provide insights on alternative practices, and guide hiring managers on the benefits of proposed approaches.
• Ensure an optimal hiring manager and candidate experience aligned with TD’s customer experience model.
• Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and recruitment programs.
• Build strong relationships with HR partners, Centres of Excellence, and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing activities.
• Promote the TD brand through advertising, social media, and industry networks.
• Represent TD in various recruitment functions and interact with senior executives.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in external talent markets and a strong understanding of the organization’s business units.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage recruitment metrics for decision‑making.
