About the role

Join Stanley House Consulting as an Executive Coach dedicated to CEOs and VPs across Canada’s fastest‑growing sectors. You will provide strategic, personalized guidance that enhances leadership capabilities and helps senior leaders navigate complex business environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one coaching to C‑suite executives and senior VPs.
• Apply a tailored coaching framework to improve leadership performance.
• Assist executives in developing and executing growth‑focused strategies.
• Support leaders in natural resources, real estate, technology, and healthcare to solve complex challenges.
• Provide actionable insights based on deep industry knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of senior‑level experience, preferably in natural resources, technology, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and operational improvement.
• Strong industry expertise enabling insightful guidance.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities in diverse business contexts.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Business, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Technology, or Healthcare is preferred.
• Experience leading sustainable innovation initiatives.
