Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Stacked, one of Canada’s fastest‑growing breakfast restaurant brands, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure the CEO’s schedule, communications, and strategic initiatives run smoothly while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel, and prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and supporting materials.
• Act as gatekeeper for incoming communications and requests.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive documents.
• Track key projects, deadlines, and cross‑departmental follow‑ups.
• Assist with board materials and executive reporting as needed.
• Arrange travel itineraries and handle expense reporting.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all business and personnel matters.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C‑suite level.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in franchising, hospitality, or multi‑unit settings is an asset.
