About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to a Senior Vice President and a Vice President within RBC’s Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO) group. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing calendars, travel, correspondence and expense reporting to enable the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Monitor a shared inbox, triage meeting proposals, action items and delegate inquiries as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
- Process monthly expense reports, validate entries in Workday and Concur, and ensure timely approvals.
- Organize departmental events, town‑hall meetings and other team‑wide activities.
- Liaise with Finance, Communications, Employee Engagement and other internal partners on behalf of the executives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support senior leaders in driving employee engagement.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or senior‑level management.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated and able to work accurately with minimal supervision.
