About the role
The University seeks reliable individuals to serve as Exam Invigilators at the McLennan Library. You will help create a quiet, fair environment that enables students to perform their best during examinations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise exam sessions and enforce University Exam Regulations.
- Monitor students continuously to prevent cheating or disruptions.
- Secure all exam materials and ensure they are returned safely.
- Maintain a distraction‑free exam room throughout the testing period.
Required profile
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused for the duration of exams.
