Evaluation Analyst

About the role

The Evaluation Analyst will join the Digital Emergency Medicine (DigEM) unit within UBC's Department of Emergency Medicine. The role focuses on supporting the interCultural Online health Network (iCON) program and other DigEM initiatives by planning, managing, and executing evaluation and research activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and administer digital surveys, focus‑group guides, and interview protocols for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for program impact and reach.
• Implement quality‑improvement evaluation frameworks across multi‑portfolio projects.
• Collaborate with health professionals, community leaders, and multicultural older adults to ensure culturally appropriate evaluation methods.
• Provide regular updates and insights to project teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in program evaluation, research methods, or public health.
• Experience working with community‑driven health initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
