Enrollment Advisor

About the role

As an Enrollment Advisor at Circuit Stream, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the application and enrollment journey. This consultative, people‑focused position blends relationship building with target‑driven performance, helping individuals decide if our skill‑based online programs match their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective students from initial contact to enrollment, answering questions about programs, outcomes, and value.
• Assess each student’s background, goals, and motivations to recommend the best‑fit cohort.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and follow‑ups, while meeting daily activity targets.
• Achieve enrollment and revenue targets for assigned program cohorts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in internal coaching, feedback, and training sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, direct‑to‑consumer sales, or higher‑education services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience handling financing conversations, payment plans, and credit applications.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
