Enhanced Outbound Advisor – Customer Care

About the role

We are seeking an Enhanced Outbound Advisor to join our Customer Care Centre. In this role you will proactively contact ATCO Energy customers, recommend services, and help drive business growth while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote ATCO Energy services.
• Present service information, address objections, and highlight unique selling points.
• Cross‑sell a diverse range of energy and home services.
• Gather customer information and feedback to improve service delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships based on trust and credibility.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to think quickly.
• Positive attitude that contributes to a supportive team atmosphere.

Required skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous outbound sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient with PC use and Microsoft Suite applications.
• Keyboarding speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule across six days per week.
