About the role
The Engineering Department Administrator supports Mircom’s engineering leadership by centralising hiring, documentation, and project coordination activities. This on‑site role ensures smooth operations across engineering, HR, product and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, job postings and onboarding for engineering hires.
- Track intern onboarding, assignments and resource allocation, maintaining visibility of timelines and supervisors.
- Maintain SharePoint document repositories and ensure proper storage of schematics, BOMs and PDFs in the ERP system.
- Track project tasks, action items and timelines, providing status reports to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, summaries and coordination materials for engineering leadership.
- Support invoice preparation, procurement workflow and project documentation.
- Standardise hiring, documentation and project workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- Strong organisational discipline and clear communication across multiple teams.
- Interest in developing project coordination skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data management.
- Experience with SharePoint and document control processes.
