About the role
49 Solutions is seeking two experienced Engagement and Communications Consultants to support an upcoming engagement with the Department of National Defence (DND). The role suits professionals who have supported complex organizations through change management, executive communications and stakeholder engagement. The workplace is hybrid.
Required profile
- 8+ years in the federal government as a Change Management consultant, leading or supporting organizational change initiatives and helping minimize operational disruption during transitions.
- 8+ years in the federal government as a Communications and Engagement Consultant, preparing strategic communications for senior executives, briefing materials and upward reporting for DG and ADM-level stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating engagement across multiple stakeholder groups and facilitating stakeholder discussions; experience with Canadian Armed Forces personnel is particularly relevant.
What we offer
- Salary of CAD 100,000 to 130,000.
- Hybrid workplace.
