Endpoint Systems Support Analyst

About the role

The Endpoint Systems Support Analyst joins Tangerine’s IT department to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the bank’s desktop, laptop, Mac, VDI, mobile, and related infrastructure. You will provide second‑level support both onsite and remotely, handling incidents, updates, and compliance tasks across all Tangerine locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑level support for desktops, laptops, VMs, VDI, Apple Macs, mobile devices, and network printers.
• Administer and engineer Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) for application deployment, OS deployment, and security updates.
• Manage Microsoft Intune in a corporate environment for mobile and endpoint compliance.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoint images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and JAMF.
• Use ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary.
• Apply monthly security patches, software updates, and audit controls to meet compliance requirements.
• Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities and related documentation.

• Strong analytical abilities with hands‑on experience in workstation environments.
• Experience delivering reliable, secure, and optimized IT services in a large organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams and business units.
