Emergency Medicine Specialist – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

This contract position focuses on improving AI systems that support acute and emergency care. You will create realistic emergency medicine scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated outputs, and help refine clinical reasoning across emergency workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic emergency scenarios covering triage, undifferentiated complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition planning.
• Develop attending‑level “gold standard” responses with high accuracy and depth.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs using structured medical rubrics and provide detailed written feedback.
• Participate in onboarding sessions, specialty calibration discussions, and ensure outputs align with evidence‑based emergency medicine standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents (board‑eligible) and fellows with an active license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills in emergency medicine.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $130 to $180 per hour.
• Fully remote, asynchronous work with a standard commitment of ~20 hours per week.
• Weekly payments and the possibility to increase hours based on performance and demand.
• Rolling start date after successful onboarding.
